My Family SafeZone, operated by My Family SafeZone ("My Family SafeZone," "we," or "our") recognises the importance of your personal privacy. Contact List Information

Find My Phone: Family Tracker app may ask to see your contact list to make driving safer. But it's entirely up to you if you want to let that happen. You can say no, and the app is still good. will work. But if you say yes, it can give some extra feature to keep you safe while driving.

If you say yes, the app can check your contacts to see if any of them are using the same app. This helps you connect with your kid, wife, friends etc who are also using it.

We provide driving feature where you set speed limit for your kid, wife, friends etc and if they exceed speed limit, you get notification that they drive more than your set speed.

Don't worry, it won't keep or use your contacts without asking you first.

Your contacts are private and the app will not share with third party  outside. It only uses it to ensure that you and your family are safe and can stay in touch better. So, your information stays safe with the app.


You may be required to submit certain personal data when you register and use our Service. If you choose to withhold any personal data requested by us, it may not be possible for you to gain access to parts of the site and for us to respond to your query. The personal data which you may provide to us includes:

Your name and username
Your contact information (phone number, mailing address and email address);

We get these information like Email address and Mobile number for account management as well as for provide accurate data to the end users.

Phone number is used to share location service data with the another user if only when first user accept the request for data sharing with prior concern.

Lastly, My Family SafeZone collects precise information about your location. If you permit My Family SafeZone to access location services through the system on your mobile device, My Family SafeZone will also collect your precise location when the mobile application is running in the background or the foreground. If the user does not want to give all users access to his or her training route and data, then Live Tracking should not be

activated.

Non-Personal Data That We Collect:

When you access our Service, we may automatically collect non-personal data from you, such as device information, web pages viewed, browser type, operating system, referring service, search information, device type, page views, usage and browsing habits on the Service and similar data. We may also aggregate demographic information collected from our users (such as the number of users in a particular geographical location) in a manner which does not identify any one individual. When a breach of Personal Data is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals then My Family SafeZone, as Controller, will notify the affected individuals without undue delay.

We generally do not collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If at any time in the future we plan to collect personal data from children under 13, such collection and use, to the extent applicable, shall, when required, be done in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and appropriate consent from the child’s parent or guardian will be sought where required by COPPA. When we become aware that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected without such child’s parent or guardian’s consent, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information

from our database.

us (including, without limitation, push notifications on the App).

You consent to receive phone calls and/or text messages from us; however, we will not give your phone number to another party to promote their products or services directly to

you without your consent or as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Any phone calls and/or text messages delivered to your phone or device may cause you to incur extra data, text messaging, or other charges from your wireless carrier. and/or text communications from My Family SafeZone.
